The Christian Job Placement Centre project was started in January 2021. its a one year project with partner churches. The project aims were providing job opportunities to targeted Christian Youth through capacity building on career guidance, CV writing, interview skills, job-hunting skills, linkages with potential employers and web portal for jobs from Christian employers.
The project team developed linkages with corporate companies, firms, private banks, schools, hospitals and other non-governmental organizations to collected information of available job/employment opportunities. The Project team collected the applications from potential youth candidates from target communities for jobs and referred their CVs to the relevant skills and job experience for suitable jobs to potential employers.
The job placement centre played a role of mediator between employees and employers.
