Church and Community Transformation (CCT)

Church and Community Transformation project aims at providing the local church with a vision for community transformation through holistic development. The project will select churches form 108 member churches of United Council of Churches and equip them for holistic development through CCM Approach. UMOJA will be the driving force behind all CCM processes. Through resource mobilization Community Development Fund will be established and the funds will be utilized for church and community development initiatives planned and designed by CCM structures for their own communities. Moreover, it will empower youth of target communities to prepare them for leadership through motivation, awareness and career counselling.

This project will be implemented in district Islamabad. It will benefit churches and communities (including pastors, church leaders and youth) to improve the socio-economic status of target people.
